Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations need to be received in writing. If notice of cancellation is given 31 days prior to the seminar, we will refund your registration fee less $25 per person administrative fee. If notice is not received at least 31 days prior to seminar, no refunds will be made. Full fee is charged for failure to attend when enrollment has not been cancelled as specified. If you register within 31 days of seminar, you waive the right to a full refund.
  • Upon receipt of payment, a registration confirmation will be emailed or faxed to the church and/or attendee.
  • For special needs, please notify us when registering.
  • Time zone of host church applies.
  • No refunds will be given for failure to attend the seminar.
